Twin Peaks performed Mechanical Systems inspections for the UAE: Mission to the United Nations project. The building is located at 315 East 46th St. in NYC. The nine-story tower stands as the Consulate of the United Arab Emirates. The building was designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill.

The 75,000-square-foot building combines Middle Eastern cultural concepts, such as the regular presence of the palm leaves. The building includes an entryway with event spaces on the first two stories; an amenity level and offices on floors three through six; executive levels; and a roof terrace on the top. The amenity floor on the third level includes a dining room, library, childcare center, lounges, and a pool table.

The space enhances the hospitality of the building and well-being of the staff; the focus is on providing an accommodating environment for the working parents on the mission’s team. Levels four through six include offices and workspaces for the employees. Levels seven and eight are the executive area, which include a private and casual space for guests. Lastly, the rooftop terrace boasts views of the city, surrounded by greenery.
