Corporate Profile

Since 1992, Twin Peaks, Inc. has been a trusted name in engineering excellence. Located in Long Island City, we are a company comprised of over 100 professionals; we are working to ensure the quality and safety of construction projects across the city and state. It is our mission to inspect and verify safety and conformance with approved designs, specifications, and applicable provisions of the NYC & NYS Building Codes.


Twin Peaks, Inc. is licensed by the NYC Department of Buildings, as both a Special Inspections Agency (SIA) and a Concrete Testing Laboratory. TPI’s services are rated as Class 1 by the NYC DOB in each inspection.


Additionally, Twin Peaks, Inc. is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for ISO 17020 and the AASHTO Accreditation Program for applicable construction materials testing services.

Twin Peaks, Inc. holds contracts with a majority of the New York City and State agencies that retain construction quality control and quality assurance services. Our team is currently providing special inspections, materials testing, and related QA/QC services on various projects for numerous developers, owners, as well as federal and local public agencies.


We have completed projects for NYCHA, NYCDEP, NYCDOT, NYCTA, MNR, LIRR, Amtrak, NYCDDC, NYCEDC, MTA C&D, NYSDOT, DASNY, PANYNJ, and the NYC-SCA.
