The men’s residential facility on 189 South 2nd St. was officially reopened by El Regreso. The date for the reopening was July 20th, 2022. The building was remodeled and houses a residential addiction treatment program, licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). The facility has cutting-edge infrastructure, an internal patio, and new furniture.

In 2017, Acacia Network began the renovation of El Regreso. Founded by Carlos Pagan, the facility serves the area of South Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. The facility aids males in recovery from substance abuse, through counseling and behavioral therapy. El Regreso's mission has been to provide multicultural and bilingual services in addiction recovery to the African American and Latino communities.
